Strong social brands give people a clear reason to follow. That starts with knowing your lane, having a recognizable voice and consistently telling stories your audience cares about.

Across our sports media brands, I translated that philosophy into content concepts, copy and visual formats. For Action Network, the approach was to tell sports stories through a betting lens, using our data, expert perspectives and product features to bring something distinct to the conversation.

Build Recognition Through Consistency

My approach puts brand building first. Every post is an opportunity to make the brand more familiar through the stories we choose, the language we use and the way the work looks.

I helped develop recurring formats for trends, betting data, expert takes and reactions. Clear headlines and a consistent visual identity gave each format structure, with room to adapt to the story.

Make the Story Fit the Platform

I start with the angle and the words that make it connect. From there, the copy and design work together to make the idea easy to understand and worth paying attention to.

The framework balanced planned content with live reactions, adapting the pacing, detail and execution to how people use each platform. The goal was to be clear in our message, creative in our execution, fun in our tone and confident in our point of view.

Learn From the Audience

I use performance data to understand which stories and formats resonate, then apply those lessons to the next round of work. Reach brings new people in; consistent, relevant content gives them a reason to stay.
